Khouaneng grew up in Seattle, WA. He lived in Omaha for 14 years and now resides in Kansas City, MO with his wife and four kids. Khouaneng’s family is originally from Laos; a small Southeast Asian country impacted by the Vietnam War. As refugees, his family came to the United States when he was a child. Khouaneng is an all around sports fanatic and die-hard Seattle Seahawks fan. Naturally, he enjoys playing and coaching sports. He loves fishing, biking, and traveling/site seeing.
Khouaneng has an extensive background in restoration and construction with nearly 10 years of experience, and has been an adjuster for over two years. He is joining our field adjusters as a member of Ben Ritenour’s team. We welcome Khouaneng to the team!
Meet Jess Roeder
Jess grew up on a farm in Ohio and still lives nearby the area. He enjoys spending time with family, his wife and three kids. Jess enjoys riding motorcycles, watching Buckeye football games, boxing, and collegiate wrestling.
Jess joins Syndicate with nearly 10 years of adjusting experience. He will be joining our field adjusters as a member of Carlos Perez’s team, covering the Cleveland, OH area. We welcome Jess to the team!
Meet Kemdelyn (Kem) Moreno
Kem resides in her hometown, Redlands, CA. Just last year, Kem moved back to California after spending some time in Colorado Springs, CO and Chandler, AZ. Kem loves hiking, surfing, wakeboarding, yoga, and CrossFit. She enjoys spending her free time with her daughter.
Kem was an outside assigned adjuster for Liberty Mutual and, most recently, The Hartford. She is joining our team of exceptional adjusters as a member of Ben Ritenour’s team. We welcome Kem to the team!
